Question

Do I need to cancel my subscription because mobile phone users cannot inital a contract

I have been an AdobeSign user for 6 years and have lived through all the “improvements.”

NOW it has decided that every time I send my rental contract to a guest, who may try to initial and sign it from their smartphone, I must manually tell it to not make the inital field mandatory. So the guest may or may not read that particular page.

The fact that Adobesign does not support initialing from a smart phone is absurd.

Please tell me if I am missing something.

    HI SmokiesCabin,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Please let us know whether the user is signing the document on a phone or using the Acrobat Sign mobile application. What happens when the user clicks "Continue" to remove mobile viewing mode?

It would be helpful if you could share a screen recording to better understand what happens.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

No the end user is not and will not use the Acrobat Sign mobile application. And I am not going to send a training docuement to every guest for my short term rental on how to sign a contract when I have not needed to send such directions for over 6 years of using your product.

I now have to remember to toggle the “Mobile Form Filing” to off.

All I am asking is that you let me make that my default until such time as you support INITIALING a contract.
