Do the others signers need to have Adobe Sign too ?

I think this question is very pertinent :

My understand is when I send (by API) the url to my signer, why (when he clicks on this url), automatically Adobe Sign asks

for a loging from my signer ? I dont want that every of my signers need an Adobe Sign registration
