Docs Sent via EchoSign instead of Adobesign

Question

Usually when we send docs out, it comes adobesign@adobesign.com. Randomly this morning, one document sent came from: echosign@echosign.com

causing the document to be flagged by our system as "you don't often get mail from echosign@echosign.com", which concerned the recipient. Any explanation on why this would suddenly come through echosign instead of the usual Adobesign?

Please let us know if it happens with all the documents or some of them. We will check for any issues at the backend and update you.

Could you try once to send the document for signature to your alternate email address and check if the same behavior happens?
