Document builder Conditional content with multiple condition

I am using Document Builder Conditional content operator to display selected phrases in the document.

In my usecase i have 2 conditions to check, before displaying a pharse. Example below

if Industry is Retail and Department is not Sales, then display a particular pharse.

Is this possible?
