@Tazminder301614694jf0, thanks for reaching out! To troubleshoot the 'Invalid refresh token' error, the Salesforce admin must ensure that OAuth to Sign is performed properly for the Document Builder package. 

For additional help, refer to the Document Builder User Guide.

@Tazminder301614694jf0 If you performed OAuth to Sign earlier but still got the error, it may be due to inactivity. There is a chance that your refresh token is not valid anymore. Please try to relink your Acrobat Sign account to resolve the issue. Let us know if it helps!
