Document Cloud - Shared For Signature

Hi Ben,

If you have shared the document to view or review, you can unshare the document from the option "For viewing" and "For reviewing" under the Shared option in Document Cloud.

As per the option you have selected to share, go to "For viewing" or "For reviewing", then select the file from the list.

At the right-hand-side of the window, under Activity view click on "unshare link".

If that does not work, please confirm the exact workflow you did to share the signed document using Acrobat?

Did you share the file to get a signature or to review the document?

It would be helpful you can share the screenshot of the option you used.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
