It seems the date format of the document history is not always consistent. Most of the time the entries display MM/DD/YYYY format but we have one document where it appeared as DD/MM/YYYY.
Is there a setting we can specify so it always appears in the same format?
I checked the same transaction and found that it's showing the correct date format now.
It might have picked the Singers date format at that very instant, however the final Audit report is showing the correct date format now, please check it at your end.
