"Document History" on all my signed documents.

Due to a computer crash I had to reinstall E-Sign and now every document that returns to me after being signed has a page of "document history." This would be fine if I could extract this page and save it for myself, but I send these signed forms to a third party and don't want to send them the document history. Once a doc is signed, you cannot edit it, so how can I keep this history page from being attached to my signed document?

    Hello Diane,

    Instead of downloading them from email, you can also login to your E-Sign account and can download them from Manage tab and they will not have Audit reports attached to it.

    If you have business level plan, you can disable them in email as well by going to Account tab->Account settings and uncheck "Attach audit reports to signed PDFs".
