DOCUMENT LIBRARY DELETED BY UPDATE

We've been waiting for a reply reguarding this issue for days and urgent parts of our business our being delayed by this. Where are all of my files and why did they disappear with this new update to the e-sign home page? When I attempt to send a document for signature all of my saved documents are gone. This needs addressed
