Document loading very slow

Hello ,

 

Is anyone facing this issue. Its taking too long to load a document for signing more than 5-7 mins.

Any possible reason and how to resolve, tried with different users

  • Internet connection: A slow or unstable network can cause delays. Switching to a stronger or wired connection may help.

  • Browser issues: If you are opening the PDF on a web browser, clear cache/cookies or try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Make sure the browser is up to date.

  • Different accounts/users: Since you’ve tested with different users, that rules out account-specific issues, but it may still help to check if the issue happens across all devices or just a few.

If the issue continues, it would be helpful to know:

  • The size of the document,

  • Whether it happens with all files or only specific ones, and

  • If you notice the same delay across different networks and devices.
