Document prefill before signing

I am sending document to customer, before that i am asking some information in mobile like terms and condtion check box and some extra text fields. Once they fill the field i am redirecting to adobe sign document. There also checkbox and the extra fields there. I need to prefil this value. 

Can anyone guide me to update using the API.
