I circulated a document  via emails seval months back.  One person did not sign, and they are no longer available.  How can I recover the partially signed copy so that I can secure one more signature?

You may replace the signer in the document. However, it is not possible to remove the signer. So, you may try replacing that signer with your email address. Check if that helps. Else, you will need to restart the transaction.
