Hi.
A while back I had an account for another user using my email address. I changed all the names back to mine through my Adobe account but whenever someone sends a document to sign it shows the old users name at the end and it can't be edited.
The name that is appearing does not appear anywhere in my account details.
Any suggestions?

To change the name for an Adobe Sign user, please follow the following steps: Change name for an Adobe Sign Profile when using an Adobe ID to log in
If this doesn't work, please put a request through to the Adobe Sign Support Team to change the name on your behalf. I've sent you a message with the Adobe Sign support details.
