Document sign is cancelled but reminder is active

I canceled a document for signature.

However, the signer is still receiving a Reminder.

The Reminder function is turned off for the document so how do I turn off the Reminder?

Hi Robert,

Generally, the reminder option get disabled once you cancel the document for signature. In this case, the signer shoud not get the reminder.

Please check with the signer if the reminder is for the cancelled document or for some other document.
