Document Upload Problem

I am using Power Automate to create a flow for Adobe signature purposes. Basically when a pdf is created in a specific folder it is sent to Adobe for an ID. It is then supposed to create an agreement and upload for signature. Unfortunately i get a generic error that the Document Upload has encountered a probelm. I can see the document in the Adobe center but when i click it nothing populates. Outside of Adobe i can see, edit, and print the pdf document as normal. Attached you will find the power automate flow minus the email I am sending to. 

 

I tried reaching out to Adobe chat support but they transfered me around 4+ times and eventually disconnected the chat.
