Documents prefilling incorrect information
We are having issues with several templates that are sent to new employees asking them to fill in information. For some reason, the documents are pre-filling incorrect information, taking information entered in one document and placing it in another but in the wrong places. This is causing employment applications and background check forms as other employment documents to be incorrect. The templates will not allow the user to correct information. It seems to happen when employees try completing the information on a computer as well as when they try on a phone so that isn't the issue. Can anyone suggest a solution?
