Documents Sent to Me not received

Documents being sent to my ID are not showing up in the Adobe Sign web portal, which is a more conveneit way to sign vs clicking through on an email.  Correct ID is being used, and this is occuring with different senders. Documents never show up online.

@vinay_7729 so if the issue isn't with your ID or the sender, then it's likely a specific setting or integration within your Adobe Sign account or your organization's setup!?! Maybe f an account uses a very strict email forwarding rule, a proxy email address, or certain enterprise configurations, it can prevent documents from properly linking and appearing in the "Documents Sent to Me" section of the portal, even though the email notification reached you. Essentially, the system might be acknowledging the email, but it's failing to correctly map that signing request to your user ID within the web interface itself, meaning the document is there, but just out of sight.
