Documents won't send for E-signature

Question

Hello,For the last couple days we have been trying to send documents out for e-signature and keep getting an error message.  It is saying that we've exceeded the page limit for our license and we are only sending out a one page document. We haven't changed anything on our account.  Please help!

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues when sending the document for signature.

Share the screen recording of what happens and the screenshot of the error message.
