Does authentication via Email OTP qualify as EU Advanced Electronic Signature?

I am trying to understand if authentication of the signatory through Email OTP only qualify as EU Advanced Electronic Signature when using Adobe Sign, or if another authentication method is required (such as government ID)?

Does Email OTP alone really fulfill the following requirements which must be filfilled to constitute an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES):

• The signature must be uniquely connected to the person signing it.
• It must be capable of identifying the specific person who created the signature.
