Does in an Adobe Sign Agreement, if i have same signature tag placeholders multiple adding signature at place will auto update signature in other placeholders?

If you mean that there are multiple signature field for a single person, the recipient needs to click on each field. Once you add signature in first field, the siganture will automatically appear in next field on clicking. To fill the document received, refer to the steps suggested here: Sign an agreement sent to you.
