Does the audit report show that a document was initialed?

I have a document that requires an Initial and Date on each page then a signature at the end.  The audit trail only acknowledges that the document was signed and does not acknowledge that every page was initialed.  Is it possible to show that each page was initialed without adding a signature to every page?
