Downgrade from plan enterprise to plan business

Question

If you have a plan vip with transactions and it is an enterprise plan, in the future you can change or downgrade to a business plan?

We don't have any integration, but we don't want to lost anything with the transactions completed, and we need to know if we can change the plan from enterprise to business.

We don't know if we can have any issue with the Adobe ID.
