Download agreements with Audit Report, Account limitations

How do I download the completed agreements with the audit trail attached as one file?  I never recieved email confirmations when the documents were signed so I do not have a copy.  I cancelled my account because the services that I was trying to use were not working. 

I had a small business account, anyone else having limitation issues with their account and Mega Sign?  Support told me that my account was limited but couldn't provide documentation on why my account was limited or what the specific limitations were. 

I was trying to send out the same document to 98 recipients but kept getting error messages saying I could only send to 50 recipients.  Support told me the limit on a small business account for Mega Sign was 50 recipients, I couldn't find that listed anywhere.   The instruction video for Mega Sign says 2-300 recipients https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/mega-sign.html#sa_src=web-messaging

I broke the signers into 4 separate sends to keep it under 50 recipients, as they signed I only recieved the confirmation email from the first person to sign.  According to support the Small Business account is limited to 3-4 email confirmations.  The emails also didn't have the audit trail attached to the signed document.
