Download Draft or Authoring state document with pre-filled data

I have a scenario in adobe sign.

I want to create a draft or authoring state document using API, which is proved as possible.

  • But i also want to pre-fill the data and save it in draft using API. I should be able to download the draft document with prefilled data before sending using API

Can some one advise if this scenario is possible?
