Downloading Adobe e-Sign Documents in Salesforce Without Sending to Customer

I’m working with the Adobe Acrobat e-Sign integration using the Adobe Sign AppExchange package in Salesforce and need some assistance. I want to download Adobe e-Sign documents directly from Salesforce without sending them to the customer, but I'm unsure of the exact steps to do this.
