DRAFT state agreement not available in Manage Agreements

Hi guys, 

i'm having an issue (maybe an newbie one) regarding agreements created in DRAFT state through POST Agreements API. Shouldn't this be available on Manage menu on Adobe Sign? If i create it in AUTHORING state, the agreement is there, but i have a lot of features disabled.
