Drag/Drop eSignature to an arbitrary position in PDF without signature fields

Hello,

I'm new to Adobe Sign and I'd like to confirm whether in an integration scenario, my application can pass an arbitrary PDF without predefined signature fields, and have Adobe Sign prompt user to drag/drop their saved signature anywhere in the document and then have my application receive a modified PDF with the eSignature baked in. I don't require a digital signature at this time.
