Drop Down Values are being Cut off

Hi

 

Does anyone know when creating drop down options in templates some of the letters are always cut off?

E.g the Letter G would be cut off. Please see screenshot

I have tried Different font sizes and increase the field size

As the few texts in the drop-down appear as cut-off, would you mind sharing any sample file with us?

Please confirm if the drop-down list was created in Adobe Sign, or in the Acrobat application?

Hi Meenakshi,

 

This was created in Adobe Echo Sign. This happens when creating a new template and attempting to add a new Drop downlist. What kind of sample file are you after?

I have added a word doc showing the setup of the field and more screenshots from the signers view

The final PDF is fine. The issue is when the customer views the drop down options they are cut off.
