Duplicate documents - need combining

I have a document that needed two signatures.  I must have set this up incorrectly because I now have two versions of the document, one with each of the signatures.  Is there a way to combine these?  Or send one for the signature of the second person. Everything seems locked and I can't find the right help page for this.
