During mega sign from a CSV spread sheet the prefill categories are not auto populating.

Question

I use the drag and drop feature to put two text fields in the document. I need them to prepopulate with the titles i put in the CSV file.

When i do a test upload it won't populate, it just sends me to the page where i have to fill it in as prefill. I need to get this figured out ASAP.

I had the field i needed to prefill through the spreadsheet as Prefill by sender, so i changed them to anyone, and not it pre-populates and sends out, but it lets the sender change that field if they want to. I can't have that, so i need to know how to keep that field as prefill by sender, and send so the recipient can't change the data in those two fields.
