Dynamic Web Form

HI, is there a way that I can create a totally different dynamic "document" in the web form?

Our scenario is, in the customer portal, we will display the contract with prefilled values. The customer will only sign it. 

When i tried to create a web form, Adobe is asking to upload a "document" which i believe is static document. But in our case, this document itself is dynamically changing (different company logos, property details, customer details, rates, etc.)

Please help!

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    If you need to create a web form that needs to be prefilled and only requires the recipients to add a signature, you may add a default value to the fields and mark them as read-only from the form fields properties.

    Double-click on the fields you add in the web form on the "Preview & Add signature fields page.

    Hi Meenakshi,

     

    Thank you for your reply. Are you suggesting to add a default value from the URL setup?

    Though it may work, but in our case, I think it is not suitable since we have more than 20 dynamic fields in the template, it will make the URL characters long.
