Dynamics 365 on premise how to create an automatic PDF in notes

Adobe sign gets the document from notes of a Dynamics 365 entity to send it to arecipient, our main issue now is how to generate that PDF file and send it automatically to Notes to allow Adobe gets it automatically.

I am analysing an option with CRM addons which creates the document using Word Templates, I want to explore if you could have a workaround to manage this, if you can generate the document from a template, convert to PDF, save in notes or send to the recipient.
