Dynamics CRM Signing URL empty

Hi

We are creating Agreements using the Dynamics CRM solution version 7.0.0.1 on Dynamics CRM 2016 8.2.

Once we have sent the Agreement the Current Signer URL is empty and the Signing URL field on all Recipients is empty.

If I check the SigningURL using the REST API then I do get the URL's back for all Recipients, it's just not populating the Dynamics CRM records with these URL's even though there is an existing field adobe_signingurl.

I've been through the solution settings as well as the account settings and nothing stands out that could be causing this.

I'm assuming that as the fields exist there must be a way to populate them.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Scott

Greetings!

If you are installing on Dynamics CRM 2016, you will need to install v6 of the Adobe Sign package.

(based on this excerpt from the install guide Overview section:

Please refer to the v6 installation guide if you are using:

  • Dynamics CRM 2016 Online and On-Premise
  • Dynamics 2015 Update 2
  • Dynamics 2013 Service Pack 1, Update 4

You can obtain the Adobe Sign for MS Dynamics v6 package here. )

The current packages (v7+) are only available for the Dynamics CRM 365 (Customer Engagement) platform.

Additionally, I would strongly advise contacting your Success contact (or Sales contact if you are on a trial) to ensure your account is in the proper channel, and all of the back end settings are being properly inherited.  You can't do this yourself, but the Adobe agent can quickly assess your account (based on the Admin email) and might circumvent down-the-road issues that present similar to what you are describing (and more).
