E-mail bounces

My accountant sends mails with adobe sign. But the last two times the email gets bounced. So i created a test account. And indeed an email to my adress gets bounced. To my gmail adress it works.

I added the adobe sign email adress to my whitelist. But it still doesn't work.

Can you help to find the problem?

Because i have a trial account i can't reach support about this.

As you have mentioned above, the email sent to your email account from Adobe Sign bounced back. Could you please confirm if you can receive other emails without any issues?

Would you mind sharing that email address in the private message with us so we can check it?

I haven't any trouble with other email. I receive email from my customers without problems.

I sent you the email adress in a private message.
