E-mails with documents for signature are not being delivered

Ongoing issue, emails with documents are not being delivered to recipients, even tho we recieve a notification email that emails were sent .

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned above, the recipient does not receive the emails. Please ask the recipients to check the spam folder once.

Also, ask them to check under the Agreement option in the account.

If the document does not appear, please share the email address of the document's recipients in a private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Let us know if the issue occurs with new documents.
