E-Sig request- upload keeps freezing at 72%

Good afternoon-

The 2-3 times I requested an E-Sig, it worked perfectly. Now, every time I try to upload the document, it gets frozen at 72%. 

Has anyone else had this experience and achieved a successful resolution?
