e-sign agreement email notifications

I’m experiencing an issue with email notifications for participants. Previously, whenever I created an agreement for signing, I would receive an email notification once it was routed and signed by a participant. However, I no longer receive these notifications—even when I create a new agreement. I’ve also checked the settings in my profile, and everything appears to be correct.

I'm experiencing the same issues. Previously all parties can receive email notification when a new e-signature request was created. Now no one receives any email, so signors cannot access the document.
