E-Sign agreements bouncing

Recently I have noticed when sending out agreements that although they get delivered to the recipient the copy that goes back to my email address are failing to deliver.

Checking the status it just shows "bounced and could not be delivered" in the activity section.

My email server has the esign address on the whitelist and I recieve invoices etc from Adobe, appears as though the esign part just fails to be recieved? My email logs show nothing in failed to deliver or marked as spam from adobe, its as if it doesnt even attempt to send the email at all?

Hi H D26595028dff7,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned, the agreement shows as "bounced and could not be delivered" in the activity section. However, the document was delivered to the recipient. Could you please share the screenshot of the activity section?

Did you check with the recipient if the document was received on their end?

Are you using the Acrobat Sign on your personal or work machine?

Share the above information so we can check this behavior.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
