E sign, check box trigger

Is there a way that I can trigger a check box in the E-Sign program. 

I currently have a spreadsheet which creates an in depth contract and for a signature to trigger I can simply fill in the bottom line of the cell (or multiple cells) but I still have to manually create a check box for an item (allowing us to use images of finished project in social media posts).
