E-Sign Error

We're trying to send some basic HR docs (I9, W-4, etc.) using e-sign but receive error: "Could not send. Unsupported file"

The E-sign product description claims that all document types can easily be used so what could be wrong with this document?

Are there e-sign friendly versions of basic HR documents that are available for general use?
