Is an Adobe e-signed document saved on Adobe's servers? I have sensitive data and want to know that I can bypass having it saved by Adobe.

Under Adobe Sign, documents are stored in your business system, a repository of your choice or Adobe Document Cloud.

Thanks for the info. Busnioess system, respository of choice or Adobe Cloud: Forgive me for being slow, but I don't see anywhere that I am able to define the preference so as to avoid Adobe Cloud. Thoughts?

You cannot, it is a web based system.
