Question

E-Signature Form keeps changing from a new clean version to a clunky old one (annoying)

Does anyone have any insight as to why my esignature form keeps changing? The new clean version is so much nicer and easier to use VS I actively want to pull my hair out when using the old one as it’s so clunky and cluttered.

    Were you able to fix this?  If so, can you tell me how?  I’m having the same problems and spent 2 hours with 2 reps and nothing was fixed.  So frustrated.

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with sign feature.

    As previously mentioned, the interface for the request signature feature is constantly changing. Could you please confirm whether these changes occur regularly or if it has recently reverted to an older version?

    To further investigate this issue, please provide the following information:

    • The user ID (email address) of the user experiencing these changes (please send this in a private message).

    • The version of Acrobat and the operating system they are currently using on their machine.

    • Are they using the standalone version? How was the application installed?

    • Have they recently reinstalled the application or made any other changes to it?

    Once we have this information, we can further assess the problem.
