E-Signature not sending requests

Question

When I prepare a form for E-Sign on the desktop app, I get to the page to put in an email and it says to select where to sign. When I click that button it brings me back to my document and does nothing. I tried getting onto the webpage and when I click request E-signature it just has a loading screen that never uploads anything. My account says I have adobe pro which should come with E-sign features, not sure why it is not working.
