E-Signature - Redirected to a page with plans pricing - Have Acrobat Pro subscription
Hi.
I'm redirected to an offer to upgrade to Acrobat Pro or Standard when trying to use the e-sign functionality.
Happens both with "Prepare Agreement" and "Request E-Signature"
I have a Acrobat Pro active subscription linked to the email adress register here.
Have already tried to re-install the Acrobat DC client, logged out and in again in the app and the browser. Deleted all cache and coocies in the browser.
