E-signature Requests not being forwarded

When requesting e-signatures, the document is not being forwarded to the second signer after the first has copmpleted it.  I am getting nottice that it has been forwarded.  However second signer has not been able to find the document.  This has happened more than once with different clients.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

 

Please ensure that the user has checked the spam or junk folder. Also, ask the respective user to access his Acrobat Sign account and check the document under the Manage tab in the "Waiting for You" folder. 

If the document does not appear, let us know. We will get this checked. Also, confirm if the issue occurs with some particular recipients or randomly.
