E-Signature Template shows "Signature" Fields, but shows "Signature Blocks" when used.

We have created a routing e-signature template. Said template includes prefill at the top, and several "Signature" blocks - with associated Date blocks, as well as "Text" blocks for each signee to comment.

In document cloud, these blocks appear as "Signature" blocks if you click "Edit" to inspect the elements. However, when sent out - several of these Signature fields render as Signature Blocks in the completed document. (Inconsistantly with signatures 1,2;5 showing as Signature blocks, and 3&4 rendering as signatures.)

This is not what the end users desire, and there is no obvious way to fix it.
