Question

E-signatures Access Token provided is invalid or has expired

I keep getting this message when trying to use E signatures, I have tried logging out and back in again,  updating and nothing is resolving the problem. There are many similar posts so has anybody resolved it?

Paying £45 per month and being unable to use this feature is disappointing.

I too am having this same error message as of last friday June 10th.  Started randomly after using the feature multiple times a day.  I have followed all the steps to sign out, update ect and still not resolved.  Very disappointing.  Our company recently (may 2022) just discontinued the full adobe sign package for $7500 a year to only purchasing 13 adobe pro licenses since it includes adobe sign but now we feel like we've been tricked.  No access to features we actually use. Resolutions are needed asap

Thank you for sharing your experience of this problem. It really is bad for what the costs are for an Adobe subscription. I have resorted to using Hellosign and Docusign as alternatives in the hope one day Adobe will fix this flaw in their application. One cannot help jump to the conclusion that this is to force people to purchase the full adobe sign package as Adobe Pro DC does not provide adobe sign.
