I’ve spent 3 days looking for a solution, but unfortunately the problem still persists after hundreds of attempts. I paid for a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro, which includes e-signing.

Here were what I did:

  1. sign out and sign in and reboot the system
  2. I tried on mobile, ipad, pc, webpage, app
  3. cleaned all cookies, history
