Echo Sign Checkbox issue

Hi,

When I send out for signatures and get the PDF back, I save it. Then it could be X amount of days before I need to send that same document out for signature again. When I upload that same PDF document again to EchoSign the checkboxes that were checked are no longer checked. EchoSign is dropping off the checkboxes. I have to compare the PDF to the EchoSign doc and re-check the correct checkboxes. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve this?

Was a resolution found to this issue? I am having the same problems. I create a PDF with checkboxes. When I upload it into Echosign, all checkboxes are checked (as opposed to only the ones I selected). After signature, they all appear unchecked.
