Echo Sign - Moved from a Vendor Managed account to dealing directly with Adobe.

My company had an account where our billing and licenses where handled by an Adobe Partner.  I was using my corporate email account there.

Our IT department switched accounts and I was sent a verification link to registered my Acrobat Pro under a new account.  I still used my corporate email address.

Now the I get the following error message:

Subject: Document Upload Problem

We were unable to create your agreement because Interactive TSIA 2016 ES.pdf had invalid Digital Signatures.
